摘　　要：针对决策属性值为正态模糊数、决策属性权重完全未知的模糊多属性决策问题给出一种解决方案.依据正态模糊数的期望与方差,提出一种分值函数,并以此把正态模糊型的专家权重转化为精确权重.将正态模糊数转化为区间数,建立优化模型,求得决策属性的权重,借助Topsis思想求解区间型模糊多属性决策问题,计算简单.实例验证新方法的可行性和有效性.Proposed a method for the multiple attribute decision making problems where attribute values are pressed by normal fuzzy numbers and the expert weights are completely unknown.A score function is given with the expectation and variance of normal fuzzy numbers,then change the expert weight of normal fuzzy type into precise weight.The distribution of normal fuzzy numbers are transformed into the interval number.Weights of decision attributes are decisioned by establishing optimization model.Solving the interval type multi-attribute decision-making problems based on the ideas of Topsis.Example demonstrates the feasibility and validity of the new method.
