甘薯茎尖分生组织培养及快繁技术的研究

摘　　要：以甘薯品种豫薯12的茎尖分生组织为材料,研究了不同培养基对其组培快繁的影响.结果表明:豫薯12最适基本培养基为MS培养基;在诱导茎尖成苗单因子实验中,最适宜的6-BA浓度为0.5 mg/L,最适宜的NAA浓度为0.01mg/L;在双因子实验中,诱导成苗最适宜培养基是MS+6-BA 0.3 mg/L+NAA 0.01mg/L;在茎段增殖实验中,最适宜的增殖培养基是MS+GA30.1mg/L+NAA 0.5mg/L.With the stem tip meristem of sweet potato＂yu shu 12＂as test material,it was examined the effect of different medium on the tissue culture and rapid reproduction.The results showed as follows：the most suitable medium for yu shu 12 stem tip meristem is MS medium;In the reproducing experiments with single factor,the most suitable concentration of 6-BA is 0.5mg/L,the most suitable concentration of NAA is 0.01mg/L;In the double factor experiment,plantlet most suitable medium is MS＋6-BA 0.3mg/L＋NAA 0.01mg/L;In the shoots proliferation experiment,the most suitable medium is MS＋GA30.1mg/L ＋NAA 0.5mg/L.
