摘 要:目的探讨高温工作环境对男性精液质量的影响。方法选择71例在高温环境下工作的男性为实验组,根据工作年限分为2组:A组工龄1~10年,B组工龄大于10年。对照组为97例在非高温环境下工作的健康男性,对以上各组的精液标本主要参数进行对比分析。结果实验组中A组患者精子密度、活率及精子畸形率与对照组相比有显著性差异(P〈0.05),而B组患者精子密度、活率及精子畸形率与对照组相比有非常显著性差异(P〈0.01),其他参数差异无统计学意义。结论高温工作环境可能会对男性精液质量产生不利影响,导致男性生育能力下降。Objective:Explore the influence of the high temperature working environment to the semen quality of a man. Method:Choose 71 cases of men working in the high temperature,divide them into 2 groups according to the work experience;Group A having worked for 1~10 years,group B having worked for over 10 years. The control group is 97 cases of healthy men who do not work in the high temperature working environment. Contrastive analysis of the main parameters of semen specimen was done to the mentioned groups. Result:In the experiment group,compared with the control group, the patients in group A have obvious difference(P0.05)in the sperm density,living rate and sperm deformity rate,and the patients in group B have very obvious significance difference(P0.01)in sperm density,living rate and sperm deformity rate,the other parameters have no statistically significant difference. Conclusion:The high temperature working environment may cause adverse effect to the sperm quality of a man,which will cause the male fertility to decline.
