摘  要:目的探讨手足口病(hand-foot-mouth disease,HFMD)患儿超敏C反应蛋白(hypersensitivity c-reactive protein,hs-CRP)联合CK-MB检测对早期心肌损伤的预测价值。方法检测438例早期手足口病患儿治疗前后血清hs CRP与CK-MB水平,并与45例健康儿童检测结果进行对比。结果 HFMD患儿血清hs-CRP与CK-MB水平显著高于健康对照组,经治疗后hs-CRP与CK-MB水平明显下降。同时,心电图检测异常者hs-CRP和CK-MB改变亦较心电图正常者明显。结论 hs-CRP为HFMD心肌损伤病变早期的敏感指标,CK-MB对判断HFMD所致的心肌损害有高度特异性,联合检测CK-MB与hs-CRP可以为手足口病的早期诊治提供一定的科学依据。Objective:To investigate the predictive value of hs-CRP(hypersensitivity c-reactive protein)and CK-MB in early myocardial injury in children with hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods:Serum samples of 438 cases of children with early hand-foot-mouth disease and 45 cases of healthy children were collected and used to detect the levels of hs-CRP and CK-MB. Results:The levels of hs-CRP and CK-MB in patients with HFMD were significantly higher than those of the control group,and were dramatically decreased after treatment. In addition,HFMD patients with abnormal ECG findings show higher hs-CRP and CK-MB,compared with those of normal ECG. Conclusion:Hs-CRP is an important marker in the prediction of early myocardial lesions caused by HFMD. CK-MB is highly specific to judge myocardial injury. The combined detection of myocardial enzyme CK-MB and hs-CRP can provide some scientific basis for early diagnosis and treatment of hand- foot-mouth disease.
