排污权交易对纺织业国际竞争力的影响——基于浙江绍兴实践经验的分析

摘　　要：绍兴的纺织业在全国有着举足轻重的地位,本文以波特的"钻石模型"分析了绍兴纺织产业发展现状,以2003-2012年的相关数据分析了2008年绍兴市排污权交易制度实施前后纺织业国际竞争力的变化,探讨了排污权交易制度对绍兴纺织业国际竞争力的影响,结论是二者成正向关系。并在此基础上总结了绍兴市的相关成功经验。Shaoxing's textile industry has a pivotal position in China. This paper analyzes the current situation of textile industry in Shaoxing with Porter's ' diamond model'. With the relevant data in 2003-2012,it also discusses the changes about the international competitiveness of textile industry in Shaoxing before and after 2008 when emission trading system implements. And the effects of emission trading system on the international competitiveness of textile industry in Shaoxing are explored. The results show that the two has a positive relationship. Finally,the successful experience of Shaoxing is summarized.
