摘　　要：大数据时代,图书馆工作的变革需要大批高素质、高水平学习型馆员的共同协作才能完成。详细探讨了培养学习型馆员的对策,包括帮助馆员树立正确的职业价值观、全面提升馆员的能力和素养、建立合理的激励机制等。In big data era,the change of library work needs a large number of high-quality and high level of the learning-type librarians work together to complete. This paper probes into the countermeasures for cultivating the learningtype librarians including to help librarians set up the correct professional values, to comprehensively improve the librarians＇ ability and quality, and to establish a reasonable incentive mechanism, etc.
