中波紫外线联合复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏治疗寻常性银屑病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察窄谱中波紫外线联合复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏治疗寻常性银屑病的临床疗效和安全性。方法采用随机对照方法,将寻常性银屑病患者60例随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组采用中波紫外线(narrowband ultraviolet,NB-UVB)照射,3次/周,复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏每晚外用1次;对照组采用复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏每晚外用1次。疗程均为8周。观察治疗2、4、8周时的疗效及不良反应。结果治疗后,2组患者银屑病面积和严重程度指数评分均较治疗前降低,试验组降低程度较对照组明显。治疗2、4、8周试验组疗效均好于对照组,且随治疗时间延长,疗效明显增加。2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论窄谱中波紫外线联合复方丙酸氯倍他索软膏治疗寻常性银屑病疗效确切,安全性好。Objective To assess the efficacy and safety of narrow-band ultraviolet（UVB）combined with compound clobetasol propionate ointment for the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods A randomized clinical trial was conducted.Totally 60 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into the experiment group（treated with NB-UVB plus topical compound clobetasol propionate ointment once daily in the evening） and control group（treated with compound clobetasol propionate ointment once daily only）.The treatment course lasted for eight weeks.The efficiency and adverse reactions were evaluated at the baseline,as well as 2,4 and 8weeks after treatment.Results After treatment,psoriasis area and severity index of two groups were lower than before,also the degree of experimental group decreased significantly compared with that of control group.After the treatment for 2,4,8 weeks,the efficacy of experimental group was better than that of control group,and with the time,the effect significantly increased.Adverse reactions showed no significant difference between two groups.Conclusion NB-UVB combined with compound clobetasol propionate ointment is a safe and effective choice for psoriasis vulgaris.
