浅谈大学生法律意识与极端事件发生的因果联系

摘　　要：近年来类似"马加爵事件"、"复旦投毒案"等大学生极端行为案件不断出现,引起了社会各界的关注。在震惊和叹息之余,我们还需要反思为什么会出现这一系列案件。当今社会法制建设不断完善,依法治国已经成为了我国社会主义建设道路上的指导方针,对法律基本理论知识的掌握,已成为对每个大学生最基本的要求。在崇尚法治的社会背景之下,大学生极端事件却愈演愈烈,由此我们开始思考大学生法律意识强弱与极端事件发生之间的因果联系。为了解当代大学生对法律以及极端事件的认知程度,我们开展了从法学角度看沈阳市高校大学生对大学生极端事件的认知调查,以此为起点探讨怎样从法学思维深层分析当代大学生对极端事件的认知,并得出大学生法律意识匮乏易导致极端事件发生的结论。In recent years,＂Ma Jiajue Case＂,＂Fudan University Poisoning Case＂and other extreme cases of college students have emerged constantly and aroused the attention of society.We should ponder over how these series of cases occurred while we sighed with shocked.Nowadays,with legal system improving continuously,ruling the country by law has become a guideline on our society.But in the context of a society governed by law,college students＇ extreme events are emerging in endlessly.This phenomenon triggers our meditation.Mastering laws is the most fundamental requirement for each of college student.In order to understand the contemporary college students＇ awareness of the law and extreme events,we drew up a survey on＂how do you look upon Shenyang college students＇ perception of college students＇ extreme events＂as the starting point to discuss how to analyze the contemporary college students＇ cognition of extreme events from deeply legal-thinking.And it leads us to the conclusion that the contemporary college students lack awareness of legal can easily bring about the extreme events.
