摘 要:随着信息技术的飞速发展,互联网的用途不断扩大,网络空间的安全与有效运行已经和国家利益紧密相关,关乎着国家安全和社会稳定。然而,以往的网络安全研究往往强调寻求应对特定威胁的解决方案,是一门典型的工程学科,网络空间中很多规律性、基础性的问题还没有认识清楚,网络空间安全研发缺乏科学方法和理论支撑。不同于以往的工程化方法,近两年信息安全研究界出现了发展网络空间安全科学的势头。文章介绍了网络空间安全科学基础的研究背景,解释了网络空间安全科学的内涵,阐述了网络空间安全科学需要解决的5个关键性困难问题,并展望了网络空间安全科学的发展趋势。With the rapid development of information technology, internet is playing an increasingly important role across the world. A trustworthy cyberspace has been closely related to national interests and has become a focus of national security and social stability. However, the past security research often focused on the solutions to specific threats, which sometimes was termed engineering. But we don't have a clear understanding of many fundamental problems and universal laws of cybersecurity, that is, cybersecurity research lacks a firm scientific foundation and theoretical support. In contrast to the past engineering approach, in the recent two years, we have seen a growing push within the research community of information security to promote the study of cybersecurity as a science. This paper introduces the background of developing a science of cybersecurity, depicts the scientific connotation of cybersecurity and discusses five hard problems in the science of cybersecurity. Finally, the perspective of cybersecurity research is also proposed in this paper.
