摘　　要：目的探讨尿失禁护理门诊对老年女性尿失禁患者的护理管理效果。方法对经专科护理门诊诊治的108例轻、中度老年女性尿失禁患者进行尿失禁程度评估、盆底肌力测定和生活质量问卷调查,并采取综合护理干预措施进行护理管理。结果老年女性尿失禁患者经护理干预后尿失禁症状改善,生活质量提高(P<0.01),治愈率达80.56%,有效率达100.00%。结论对老年女性尿失禁患者加强门诊统一护理管理,在改善其尿失禁症状的同时,可提高患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the effects of outpatient nursing management for elder women with urinary incontinence. Methods Totally, 108 elder women with mild or moderate urinary incontinence were assessed in the incontinence level, symptoms and quality of life. According to the assessment results, they received comprehensive nursing interventions. Results After nursing interventions, the symptoms of urinary incontinence and their quality of life improved （ P 〈 0.01 ） , the cure rate was 80.56% , and the effective rate was 100.00%. Conclusion Nursing management should be strengthened for elder women with urinary incontinence,which can relieve symptoms and improve the quality of life.
