品管圈活动在改革护士长夜查房中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈活动在改革护士长夜查房中的应用效果。方法成立品管圈活动小组,选定主题,对护士长夜查房现状调查及要因分析,制订对策,确立并落实了5项改革措施。结果提高了护士、患者及家属的满意度,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论开展品管圈活动提高了护理部的执行力,充分发挥了护士长夜查房的工作职能,保证了夜间护理工作质量,在改革护士长夜查房中取得了较好的效果。Objective To explore the effects of quality control circle （QCC） in the reform of head nurses＂ nightting ward inspection. Methods A QCC work group was set up and selected the theme, found out the existing problems of head nurses＇nightting ward inspection,analyzed the causes and made countermeasures,then implemented the reform measures. Result The practice improved patient satisfaction and nurse satisfaction （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion This QCC practice improve the executive force of nursing department, gave full play to head nurses＇nightting ward inspection, ensure the quality of nursing at night, and get good effects in reform of head nurses＇nightting ward inspection.
