联合应用DPOAE和耳声发射检测84例小月龄婴儿

摘　　要：目的：探讨联合应用畸变产物耳声发射（DPOAE）和声导抗测试评估低月龄婴儿中耳功能的意义。方法对84例168耳自动听性脑干反应（AABR）听力筛查通过的1～3月龄婴儿行DPOAE、声导抗测试,并对结果进行分析。结果84例168耳中,DPOAE通过89耳（52.9%）；1000 Hz探测音声导抗检查鼓室图为单峰100耳,无峰68耳；226 Hz探测音声导抗检查鼓室图为A型146耳、As型15耳、B型7耳。结论听力筛查AABR通过而耳声发射未通过的婴儿可能存在中耳功能异常,用声导抗测试联合DPOAE检测对评估低月龄婴儿的中耳功能有重要的参考价值。ObjectiveTo assess the joint application of DPOAE with acoustic immittance test in low-months baby who had passed the AABR-screening.Methods Tested 1-3 month-old babies who passed the AABR-screening with DPOAE joint with acoustic immittance test （84 cases,168 ears）, and analysed the results.ResultsIn these 84 cases（168 ears）, 89 ears passed the DPOAE detection（52.9%）; there were 100 unimodal ears and 68 no-peak ears when acoustic immittance test with 1000Hz; there were 146 A-type graphs, 15 As-type graphs, and 7 B-type graphs when acoustic immittance with 226Hz.ConclusionThere is abnormal middle ear function in the infants who passed AABR-screening but failed in acoustic immittance test joint with DPOAE detection. The result of the joint test is a good reference to assess the middle ear function of low-months baby.
