粉煤灰砖生产实践

摘　　要：普通砖的大规模化生产当属利用蒸压釜通过饱和蒸汽的工艺来得快一些,其生产产品一般有蒸压灰砂砖及蒸压粉煤灰砖,而这两种工艺的投资也是非常大的。小型投入中不需要蒸压工艺的只有水泥砖,而这种砖密度很大,不适合建筑节能的要求。这里介绍的是一种不需采用蒸压工艺又生产较轻产品的粉煤灰压制工艺。Large-scale production of ordinary bricks is undoubtedly take advantage of saturated steamautoclave process, its／ products generally have autoclaved sand-lime bricks and autoclaved fly ash bricks, andthe investment of these two processes is very large. Small investment which does not require autoclavingprocess only have the cement bricks, and this kind of brick＇s density is large, and not suitable for buildingenergy requirements.
