摘 要:聚天冬氨酸酯聚脲(PAE聚脲)是20世纪90年代研发的一种由脂肪族异氰酸酯(HDI)与含氨基官能团的聚天冬氨酸酯(PAE)反应而成的新型聚脲涂料,这种涂料具有优异的界面结合力、易施工性及耐老化、黄化性能,并在钢结构、混凝土等实际应用中取得了良好的防水、防腐效果。为此,综述了近年PAE聚脲的合成和应用进展,重点介绍了PAE聚脲涂料的合成机理、PAE组分的合成技术、HDI的改性技术、PAE聚脲结构的表征方法以及PAE聚脲涂料在我国的应用现状,最后提出了PAE聚脲发展过程中存在的主要问题和发展方向。Polyaspartic ester(PAE)based polyurea coating is a kind of new polyurea coatings that is based onreactions of an aliphatic polyisocyanate(HDI) and PAE that was developed in the 1990 s. This coating hasexcellent interface bonding strength, wide working profile and anti aging and yellowing properties.It hadreceived wide acceptance in waterproof and corrosion protection in steel structure, cement and concrete. In thiswork, the progress of preparation and application of PAE polyurea is summarized.Emphases were given on thesynthesis mechanism of the PAE based polurea, the synthesis technology of PAE, the modification of HDI, thesynthesis, the characterization techniques on the structure, as well as the application status of PAE basedpolyurea in China. In addition, problems existing in the progress of the PAE based polyurea coatings werediscussed. The future research directions of the coatings are also suggested in this article.
