盐酸羟考酮控释片复合加巴喷丁治疗老年糖尿病性神经痛的效应观察

摘　　要：探讨盐酸羟考酮控释片复合加巴喷丁治疗老年糖尿病性神经痛的缓解效应。将90例老年糖尿病性神经痛患者随机分成两组,各45例,G组盐酸羟考酮控释片单独治疗,P组盐酸羟考酮控释片复合加巴喷丁治疗。结果两组患者疼痛均明显缓解,P组治疗后4周的疼痛缓解率明显优于G组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);P组治疗后4周,盐酸羟考酮控释片使用剂量远低于G组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);P组患者的生活质量评分优于G组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);P组治疗后2周头晕发生率高于G组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。盐酸羟考酮控释片复合加巴喷丁治疗老年糖尿病性神经痛可有效缓解患者疼痛,不良反应少,生活质量改善明显。Oxycodone hydrochloride control in treating senile diabetic neuropathic pain relieving effect of compound gabapentin tablets. 90 cases of elderly patients with diabetic neuralgia were randomly divided into two groups, 45 cases each, group （3 of oxycodone hydrochioride control.led-release tablets treatment alone, group P oxycodone hydroch[oride controlled-release tablets combined gabapentin treatment. Results of the two groups of patients with pain relief were obvious in group P 4 weeks after treatment, the pain relief rate was obviously higher than that of group G, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; 4 weeks after treatment in group P, oxycodone hydrochloride controlled-release tablets dosage is much lower than that of group G, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05） ; group P patients quality of life the score is better than that of group G, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）; group P 2 weeks after treatment the incidence of dizziness is higher than that of group G, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Oxycodone hydroehloride control in treating senile diabetic neuropathic pain can relieve pain of patients release tablets combined gabapentin, less adverse reaction, can significantly improve the life quality.
