摘　　要：继美国金融危机后,希腊2009年底爆发债务危机,并蔓延至整个欧元区,给全球经济带来强烈震动。该文阐明希腊债务危机的发展历程及后果,重点探明希腊债务危机对国民健康的影响,并评述希腊政府为克服债务危机引发的健康危机而作出的努力。研究表明,没有政治现代化,就不可能实现包括医疗保障在内的福利制度现代化。After the financial crisis in the U. S. ,the Greek debt crisis erupted in late 2009 and spread over the entire Euro zone,bringing great shock to the global economy. The paper tries to find out the development process and conse- quences of the Greek debt crisis, focus on its effect on the health of the nation, and make comments on corresponding ef- forts of the Greek government to overcome the health crisis due to the debt crisis. Related studies indicate that it is im- possible to realize the modernization of welfare system which includes health care system without the modernization of politics.
