摘 要:采用新型无甲醛拔白剂ZS—CH替代含甲醛的传统拔白剂进行拔白印花,考察了拔白剂质量分数、吸湿剂种类、印浆黏度及蒸化条件对拔白效果的影响。结果表明:对于中浅地色(染料质量分数≤3%),拔白剂ZS—CH质量分数在10%以下即可;对于深地色(染料质量分数〉3%),拔白剂ZS.CH质量分数在10%~15%较合适;拔白浆中宜选择尿素作为吸湿剂,尿素的质量分数为5%左右,原糊与水的比例为65:35;优化的蒸化工艺条件为103~104℃,蒸化10~15min,提高蒸箱湿度有助于拔白效果。A novel formaldehyde-free discharging agent ZS-CH is applied to white discharge printing instead of the traditional discharging agent containing formaldehyde. The influences of discharging agent concentration, type of hygroscopic agent, viscosity of printing paste and steaming condition on discharge printing are discussed. It is found that the suitable ZS-CH concentration is below 10% for light and medium color dyeings(dye concentration ≤3%) and 10% - 15% for deep color dyeings(dye concentration 〉 3%) respectively; urea is a good humectant in white discharging paste with dosage of 5%; the proportion of stork paste to water is 65 : 35; the optimum steaming conditions are steaming at 103 - 104 ℃ for 10~15 min, and the higher moisture in the steamer is, the better printing results are.
