摘 要:建立了气相色谱/串联质谱方法,测定纺织品中残留的15种乙二醇醚类有机溶剂。该方法以乙醇为萃取溶剂,100℃下微波萃取纺织品中残留的乙二醇醚类有机溶剂,萃取液直接进行气相色谱/串联质谱分析,外标法定量。在信噪比(S/N)为10的条件下,各组分的定量下限为5—20mg/kg。在三个加标水平下,平均回收率为81.7%-94.5%,相对标准偏差为2.1%-6.8%。该方法简单快速,可满足纺织品中乙二醇醚类有机溶剂残留量检测的技术要求。An effective method is established to simultaneously determine the residual contents of 15 glycol ethers in textiles. Residual glycol ethers in textiles are microwave-assisted extracted at 100 ℃, using ethanol as the extraction solvent. The extracts are then analyzed by gas chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry. The concentration of each analyte is calibrated by external standard method. The limits of quantification vary from 5~20 mg/kg at the condition of S/N of 10. The spiked average recoveries change from 81.7% to 94.5% under three different spiked levels while the relative standard deviation (RSD) varies from 2.1% ~ 6.8%. The proposed method is simple, rapid, accurate and sensitive. It can meet the technical demands of the determination of glycol ethers in textiles.
