摘  要:采用网络节点法对一台300 M W双水内冷汽轮发电机转子线圈水量进行求解,计算值与试验值平均误差小于5%,证明该方法用于工程研究具有较高的精度。将其应用于660 MW双水内冷汽轮发电机转子线圈水量和温升研究,结果表明转子线圈使用大线规、方形通水孔结构在温升方面有一定优势。Network node method was applied to cal-culate the water-flow volume of the rotor winding of the 300 MW double water inner cooled turbine generator, the average tolerance between the calculated and tested value was less than 5%, to prove that this method was of higher accuracy in the field of the engineering research. Then, this method was utilized into the research of the water-flow volume and temperature-rise of the rotor winding of 600 MW double water inner cooled turbine generator, the result showed that the rotor winding employing quadrangular hol-low pipe of large wire gauge possessed the predominance in the field of the temperature rise.
