摘  要:用电磁计算方法确定调速永磁同步电机的各部分几何尺寸,再利用Maxwell软件建立该电机的二维模型,对电机空载和额定运行分别进行有限元分析,最后通过对不同相/匝数时电机性能进行比较,确定匝数,试制样机。为调速永磁同步电机相/匝数的确定提供一种方法。The parts geographic dimension of speed-adjustable PM synchronous motor was decided by means of electromagnetic calculation based on main technical data of the motor. Then, 2D model of the motor was established through the application of Maxwell software and motor operation under no-load & rated load condition was ana-lyzed by the finite element method respectively. At last, the number of turns was fixed through comparison between the different motor performances under different phase/turns relationship and prototype was worked out. Thus, the way to determine the phase/turns relationship of the speed-ad-justable PM synchronous motor was put forward.
