摘　　要：油套管粘扣问题一直是套管生产厂家的重点研究课题,通过对一种新型石油专用管-SEW油套管的螺纹抗粘扣性能进行分析,从API圆螺纹粘扣失效机理、螺纹参数优化、接箍镀层选用到油田作业规范等方面进行了归纳总结,提出了在SEW油套管生产中应注意的问题,具有一定的借鉴意义。The problem of oil casing and tubing thread gluing is always the researching focus for manufacturers. The SEW oil casing thread gluing resistance was analyzed systematically by studying the API round thread gluing failure mechanism,parameter optimization, coupling coating selection, field operating specifications and etc. Moreover, this paper put forward the problems that should be paid attention to during SEW oil casing and tubing producing, which has a certain reference value for the thread RD of oil casing and tubing.
