摘  要:为了解决零件磁极的冷挤压加工技术难题,对磁极进行了工艺性分析,并对零件毛坯、成形变形程度、冷挤压力等进行了工艺计算,设计出了冷挤压模具。通过模具改进,凸模端面120°小尖角分解了凸模的垂直受力方向,改善了凸模的纵向稳定性,最终加工出合格零件,满足了工艺的要求。该模具结构简单,冷挤压工艺方案可靠。In order to solve technical problems of the cold extrusion processing tor the parts of magnetic pole with deep hole, the manufacturability analysis was carried out and the process calculations for blank parts, forming deformation degree and cold extrusion pressure were executed. According to results, the cold extrusion die was designed. Through the die structure improvement, the convex die with 120° angle on the end surface could decompose the vertical stress and improve the longitudinal stability of the convex die. Using this method, the products could satisfy the quality requirements. It proved that this die structure was concise and the cold extrusion process was reasonable.
