摘  要:通过悬浮聚合反应,制备甲基丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、苯乙烯3种单体的三元高吸油树脂材料.分析单体配比、分散剂含量、聚合温度等因素对共聚物高吸油树脂吸油性能、产率、结构与外观的影响.按照一定的混合比例,将制备的高吸油树脂与聚丙烯颗粒进行复合熔喷,制备基于甲基丙烯酸酯高吸油树脂与聚丙烯材料的吸油材料.采用基于甲基丙烯酸酯高吸油树脂材料与聚丙烯的复合吸油材料,具有吸油倍率较高、保油率好、吸水率低等特点,适用于吸附水面溢油.A ternary high oil absorptive resin was synthesized by suspension polymerization using methacrylate, hydroxyethyl methacrylate and styrene monomer. We have analyzed the effect of the monomer ratio, the amount of the dispersant, polymerization temperature and other factors to suction performance, yield, structure and appearance of the high oil absorptive resin by copolymerization. According to a certain mixing ratio, make the preparative high oil absorptive resin and particles of the polypropylene to conduct composite melt-blown, and prepare the oil absorptive material based on the absorbing material of high oil absorptive resin and materials of polypropylene. Applying the oil absorptive material based on high oil absorptive methylacrylate resin material and the polypropylene, and the material has a high oil absorptive rate, good oil retention rate, low water absorption and other factors. It is suitable for absorbing spilled oil in water.
