摘  要:搅拌运输车是商用混凝土运输的理想工具.为了运输安全起见,我国设计的混凝土搅拌运输车往往存在着结构偏重、整体刚度过大的缺陷,增加了制造成本和使用成本.为了解决该问题,首先,建立了某搅拌车前支架的三维模型,对弯曲、弯扭、刹车、转弯四种工况进行了有限元分析和拓扑优化设计;然后,根据拓扑优化结果,对前支架进行了结构的再设计、有限元分析和尺寸优化研究.研究结果表明,在基本不损失其刚度和强度的前提下,结构质量减轻了18%,减重效果显著,为降低生产成本和使用成本奠定了基础.Agitating lorry is a transportation ideal tool for commercial concrete. For transportation safety, agitating lorry design often has two defects: the quality is larger and overall stiffness is too big. Hence, the manufacturing costs and the use cost are increased. In order to solve the problem, first of all, 3D model of front support is set up and finite element analysis and topology optimization design are accomplished in the condition of the bending, bending and twisting, brakes,turning. Then, according to the topology optimization results, front support is redesigned, finite element is analysed and the size optimization is researched. The result shows that with meeting the requirements of the stiffness and strength as a premise, the front support quality were reduced by 18%. The foundation for reducing the production cost and use cost was thus laid.
