罗布麻种子自然状态老化过程中生理生化指标测定与分析

摘　　要：采用引种于内蒙古农业大学农场2010年、2011年、2012年、2013年4个不同年份采集的内蒙古通辽地区罗布麻种子为材料,研究其自然老化过程中几项生理生化指标变化。结果表明:罗布麻种子在自然贮存条件下随着贮藏时间的推移,种子内部呈现贮藏物质还原糖、可溶性糖含量降低,过氧化物酶和超氧化物歧化酶活性下降,丙二醛含量上升的趋势,罗布麻这些生理生化指标的变化,应该是导致罗布麻种子活力降低的重要因素。Apocynum venetum seed were introduced from Tongliao area in Inner Mongolia and planted and collected in the farm of Inner Mongolia agricultural university in 2010,2011,2012 and 2013 four different years. Several physiological and biochemical indexes were studied during the natural aging process. The results showed as follows：during natural storage conditions along with the storage time on apocynum venetum seeds, the storage substance like reducing sugar, soluble sugar content decreased, peroxidase and superoxide dismutase activity decreased, and MDA content increased, these changes of physiological and biochemical indexes of apocynum venetum seed, should be important factors leading to reduced seed vigor.
