摘　　要：目的：熟悉药品的正确使用方法，做好患者用药指导。方法：查阅相关文献，对我院药品使用方法和注意事项等进行归纳。结果：药师运用药学知识对患者进行发药交代，为患者提供优质的药学服务。结论：药师通过发药交代，提高患者用药依从性，减少药品不良反应发生，促进临床合理用药。Objective： correct use methods familiar drug, make patient medication guide. Methods： the related literature was consulted, in our hospital drug use method and matters needing attention were summarized. Results： the pharmacists use pharmaceutical knowledge to patients were drug metasomatism, offering high quality pharmaceutical care for patients. Conclusion： drug metasomatism by pharmacists, enhance the medication compliance of patients, reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions, promote clinical rational drug use.
