摘  要:研究相对分子质量及端基改性对炭黑补强星形溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)各项性能的影响。结果表明,随着相对分子质量的增大,SSBR生胶和混炼胶的门尼粘度增大,拉伸强度和拉断伸长率先增大后有所减小,撕裂强度和耐磨性能改善,压缩疲劳温升及永久变形不断减小。分子链末端经叔丁基二苯基氯硅烷改性的SSBR硫化胶的物理性能、耐磨性能和动态力学性能达到平衡,符合高性能绿色轮胎胎面胶的要求。The influence of molecular weight and end-functionalization on the properties of carbon black/star-shaped SSBR composites was investigated.The results showed that,as the molecular weight of SSBR increased,the Mooney viscosity of SSBR raw rubber and mix increased,the tensile strength and elongation at break increased at first and then decreased,the tear strength and abrasion resistance were improved,the compression temperature rise and compression set were reduced.The star-shaped SSBR with chain-end modification by tert-butylchlorodiphenylsilane achieved balance among physical properties,abrasion resistance and dynamic properties,and was suitable for high performance green tire tread application.
