摘　　要：阐述了节能照明合同能源管理的定义和面临的瓶颈,通过电力公司节能照明合同能源管理在某市开展LED路灯改造案例,说明电网模式的节能照明EMC项目的操作方法和节能减排的可行性。This paper describes the definition and bottleneck of lighting energy saving energy management contract. Through energy grid pattern of EMC, the LED street lamp lighting retrofit caseis carried out in one city, which illustrates the feasibility and operation methods of energy saving and emission reduction of energysaving EMC lighting project of the grid pattern.
