摘　　要：通过克隆湖羊短的上腭、肺及鼻咽上皮克隆1(short palate,lung and nasal epithelium clone 1,SPLUNC1)基因的cDNA序列,为研究其蛋白的结构和功能奠定基础。参照GenBank上牛、山羊的SPLUNC1基因的cDNA序列,设计简并引物,分别扩增出5′和3′端目的片段,测序后进行拼接,获得湖羊SPLUNC1基因cDNA全长序列,并对序列进行分析。结果表明:克隆的湖羊SPLUNC1基因cDNA序列全长为1 091bp(GenBank登录号KJ749828),其中开放阅读框为768bp,共编码255个氨基酸。构建的氨基酸进化树结果显示湖羊SPLUNC1与预测绵羊的氨基酸同源性最高,山羊次之。In order to lay a foundation for the structure and function studies of SPLUNC1（short palate,lung and nasal epithelium clone 1）protein,SPLUNC1 cDNA of Hu sheep was cloned.The cDNA sequences of cow and goat SPLUNC1 gene from the GenBank were used to design the degenerate primers,and then extending the 5′and 3′end,respectively,and fragment was assembled to get completely cDNA.Finally,SPLUNC1 cDNA sequence was analyzed.The results showed that the cloned SPLUNC1 cDNA of Hu sheep was 1 091 bp in length（GenBank accession No：KJ749828）,and the open reading frame was 768 bp,255amino acids was encoded.Phylogenetic tree analysis of amino acids showed that Hu sheep assembled to predicted Ovis aries,then assembled to Capra hircus.
