摘 要:检测籼稻骨干亲本的稻瘟病抗性基因Pi-b,以期为抗病育种提供适合的亲本。以92份骨干亲本为材料,采用功能基因分子标记检测92份骨干亲本的Pi-b基因。结果表明,92份供试材料中,19份携带Pi-b基因,占供试材料20.65%。Pi-b基因在恢复系和不育系中的分布存在差异,81份恢复系中有19份携带该基因,占23.46%,11份不育系中没有检测到Pi-b基因,恢复系携带Pi-b基因比例远高于不育系。Pi-b基因在各稻区的材料都有分布,来自福建三明市、四川省、陕西省和湖南岳阳市农业科学研究所的材料分别有1份、9份、7份和1份携带Pi-b基因。For providing suitable parental resources of resistance gene in breeding for disease resistance,the blast resistance gene Pi-bin major parental lines of indica rice was detected.The Pi-b gene in92 major parental lines of indica rice was detected by functional marker.The results showed that 19 materials carried Pi-b gene,accouted for 20.65% of the tested materials.Distribution of Pi-b gene between restorer lines and sterile lines was different.19 materials carried Pi-b,accouted for 23.46% of restorer lines,Pi-b gene had not been found in 11 sterile lines.The numbers of restorer lines carrying Pi-b gene were much higher than that of sterile lines.The materials carrying Pi-b gene were distributed in each production area of rice.The materials carried Pi-b gene from Sanming Agricultural Science Institute,Sichuan,Shaanxi and Yeyang Agricultural Science Institute were 1,9,7and 1,respectively.
