摘  要:盐和干旱胁迫直接影响植物种子的萌发和幼苗的生长,油菜素内酯具有调控植物耐受盐和干旱胁迫的作用。采用24-表油菜素内酯(24-EBR)浸种处理新疆主栽陆地棉品种‘新陆早17号’,探讨在干旱和盐等渗胁迫下其对棉花种子萌发的影响。结果表明,0.25mg·L-1 24-EBR浸种能够促进等渗盐胁迫下‘新陆早17号’种子发芽率和发芽指数的提高,分别提高32%和11%,与等渗干旱胁迫(33%、11%)的效应相当;而促进等渗盐胁迫‘新陆早17号’种子发芽势(34%)及活力指数(246%)提高的程度高于等渗干旱胁迫下的(20%、162%)。可见,24-EBR能够促进等渗干旱和盐胁迫‘新陆早17号’种子的萌发,并且在等渗盐胁迫下种子萌发的发芽势和活力指数效果好于等渗的干旱胁迫,这将有助于提高干旱盐碱地棉花种子的萌发率。Plant seed germination and seedling growth were influenced primarily by stresses of salt and drought during plant lifetime,brassinolide promoted the plant tolerance to abiotic stress.For investigating,the effects of brassinolide on seed germination under iso-osmotic drought and salt stress,the seeds of cultivars‘XLZ17'of upland cotton(Gossypium hirsutum)were soaked with 24-epibrassinolide(24-EBR)and were used to analyze the regulative effects of brassinolide.The most obvious effect on the seeds were observed under iso-salt stress and soaked with 0.25mg·L^-1 24-EBR,the germination rate and germination index increased by 32%,11%,which were almost equal to iso-drought stress(33%,11%);while‘XLZ17'seed germination(34%)and vigor index(246%)under iso-salt stresswere higher than iso-drought stress(20%,162%).The results indicated that BR could promote‘XLZ17'seed germination under iso-osmotic drought and salt stress,the germination energy and vigor index of seed germination in iso-salt stress were better than in iso-drought stress.It will help improve the seed germination of cotton in arid saline alkali soil.
