摘  要:为了明确连续套作大蒜或青蒜模式对大棚番茄生长和土壤可培养微生物的影响,在大棚土壤栽培测定连续套作大蒜或青蒜第4年的番茄植株生长指标、根系土壤可培养微生物数量和大棚番茄单位面积土地套蒜的经济效益。结果表明,连续套作大蒜或青蒜显著影响番茄的茎粗和最大叶长,提高大棚番茄土壤可培养细菌和放线菌的数量,降低土壤中真菌的数量。因此,连续套作大蒜或青蒜可调节大棚连作番茄的生长,改善根系土壤中微生物的生态环境,提高大棚单位面积土地的经济效益。An experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different interplanting pattern of garlic with tomato in plastic tunnel on tomato growth and soil microorganisms.The different patterns of tomato/garlic interplanting were successive conducted for four years,and the growth of tomato,the number of soil microorganisms,and economic benefit per unit area were measured compared with the control.The result showed that interplanting with garlic and green garlic affected tomato growth,increased the number of bacteria and actinomycetes,decreased the fungi number therefore it is concluded that interplanting with garlic and green garlic can improve the environment of soil microorganisms,enhance the economic benefit,and alleviate the continuous cropping obstacle to some extent.
