摘 要:在对湖南省各市州能源消费碳排放进行定量估算的基础上,进一步借助DEA数据包络分析方法对湖南省能源消费碳排放效率进行了空间格局分析。研究结果表明:1湖南省14地州市中长沙、常德、张家界与湘西州的能源消费碳排放效率DEA有效且构成了湖南省能源消费碳排放效率的前沿面;2湖南省能源消费碳排放效率空间差异较为明显,其中,张家界、湘西州、长沙、常德、株洲、岳阳与湘潭属于湖南省能源消费碳排放效率高值区,益阳、郴州、娄底、永州与衡阳属于能源消费碳排放效率中值区,邵阳和怀化属于能源消费碳排放效率低值区;3在投入一定的情况下,DEA非技术有效的城市存在着不同程度的减排潜力,其中娄底市的节能减排潜力最大(达到99.60%),其次是岳阳(94.41%)以及湘潭(37.96%)。The each city'energy consumption carbon emissions of Hunan Province was estimated quantitatively,and the each city's spatial pattern of energy consumption carbon emissions efficiency of Hunan Province used by DEA method was analyzed.The results showed that:1The energy consumption carbon emissions efficiency of Changsha,Changde,Zhangjiajie and Xiangxi belonged to DEA efficient and constituted the frontier of energy consumption carbon emissions efficiency of Hunan Province;2The spatial difference of the efficiency of energy consumption carbon emissions of Hunan Province was obvious,Zhangjiajie,Xiangxi,Changsha,Changde,Zhuzhou,Yueyang and Xiangtan belonged to the high value area of energy consumption carbon emissions efficiency of Hunan Province;Yiyang,Chenzhou,Loudi,Yongzhou and Hengyang belonged to the middle value area of energy consumption carbon emissions efficiency of Hunan Province;Shaoyang and Huaihua belonged to the low value area of energy consumption carbon emissions efficiency of Hunan Province;3The DEA non-technical effective cities there were degrees of reduction potential in the certain cases,the largest energy conservation and emissions reduction city was Loudi(99.60%),the next was Yueyang(94.41%)and Xiangtan(37.96%).
