摘　　要：Editor’s note On the 2014 Worlds Standards Day,SAC announced of f icially to launch three major reform measures on the national standardization work,one of which is known as the innovative"self-declaration and disclosure of enterprise products and ser vice standards",designed to underline the responsibility of market entities,mostly enterprises,and reinforce the governmental function of providing services and platforms.This measure marks the end of the 27 years history of the enterprise standards registration system,as well as the entry into a substantive stage of the standardization reforming.
