摘　　要：Standardization, an organized, purposeful and applicable science and technology gradually groped standardized activity with its own principles, is the very important and created in the long-term process of production practice. Based on the practices over .the past years, international and foreign standardization organizations have explored and created mechanism and modes leveraging on ＂good practice＂ documents to carry out the essential principles, laying a solid foun- dation for the development and application of voluntary standards.
