针刺治疗原发性高血压的选穴特点及分析

摘　　要：以中国期刊全文数据库、中国博士学位论文全文数据库、中国优秀硕士学位论文全文数据库为资料来源,以＂原发性高血压＂、＂针刺治疗＂为关键词,整理搜集2004年1月~2013年12月间公开发表的针刺治疗原发性高血压临床文献,运用Microsoft Excel分析数据。结果检出有效文献132篇,完整的针刺治疗原发性高血压临床报道46篇。分析发现针刺治疗原发性高血压最常用主穴的归经为足厥阴肝经、手阳明大肠经、足阳明胃经、足少阳胆经;最常用的主穴为太冲、曲池、风池、足三里;临床常见证型为阴虚阳亢型、痰湿壅盛型。We collected and organized clinical publications involving primal hypertension from three data- bases, the full-text database of Chinese journals, the Doctoral Dissertation database and the Excellent Masters＇ s theses database, using the kevwords ＂＇primal- hypertension＂ and ＂acupuncture＂ We identified 132 manu- scripts, including 46 clinical reports. We analvzed the characteristics of the acupuncture point selection and the corresponding type of these main points. The most frequently-used main points were LR3, LI11, GB20 and ST36. The channel tropism of these frequently-used main point were ER, LI, ST and GB. The clinical types were commonly identified as asthenic Yin causing predominant Yang and excessive accumulation of phlegm dampness.
