摘　　要：目的：比较经尿道前列腺等离子电切术（TUBVP）和经尿道前列腺电切术（TURP）治疗高龄良性前列腺增生的临床效果。方法选取2012年5月-2013年12月于本院诊治的良性前列腺增生高龄患者共75例,随机分为对照组（37例）和观察组（38例）,观察组实施TUBVP,对照组行TURP,对比两组的临床效果及术后并发症。结果观察组术中出血量较对照组少,手术时间、膀胱冲洗时间均较对照组短,生活质量评分、前列腺症状评分均较对照组低,最大尿流量多于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；观察组并发症发生率（7.9%）低于对照组（29.7%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 TUBVP治疗高龄良性前列腺增生患者,手术时间短,术后并发症少,手术安全性高,值得临床推广。Objective To compare the clinical effect of transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate （TUBVP） and transurethral resection of prostate （TURP） in treatment of elderly benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods 75 cases of el-derly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia treated in our hospital from May 2012 to December 2013 were chosen, and were randomly divided into control group （37 cases） and observation group （38 cases）.The observation group were given with TUBVP,while the control group were treated by TURP.The curative effect and postoperative complications of two groups was compared. Results The bleeding volume of observation group was less than that of control group,opera-tion time and bladder irrigation time was shorter than that of control group,the quality of life score and prostate symp-tom scores was lower than that of control group,and the maximum urine flow was higher than that of control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）;the total incidence of complications in observation group （7.9%） was lower than that of control group （29.7%）,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion TUBVP for treatment of elderly benign prostatic hyperplasia has less bleeding,and fewer complications,safety and reliability,it is worth popularization.
