微型钢板治疗手部掌指骨骨折的效果分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨微型钢板内固定疗法治疗手部掌指骨骨折的临床效果。方法选取2012年6月-2013年12月本院收治的手部掌指骨骨折患者96例，将其随机分为研究组和对照组。研究组给予微型钢板内固定治疗，对照组给予克氏针内固定治疗，比较两组的治疗效果、不良反应发生率。结果研究组的优良率为95.83%，高于对照组的75.00%（P〈0.05）；研究组的不良反应总发生率为12.50%，明显低于对照组的31.25%（P〈0.05）。结论微型钢板内固定能促进手部掌指骨骨折患者的关节功能康复，降低不良反应发生率，可作为较为理想的治疗方法而推广应用。Objective To discusss the clinical effect of mini-plate internal fixation therapy in treatment of metacarpal and phalangeal fracture of hand. Methods From June 2012 to December 2013,96 patients with metacarpal and pha-langeal fracture of hand treated in our hospital were selected and they were randomly divided into the study group and control group.The study group was treated with mini-plate internal fixation, the control group was treated with Kirschn-er wire internal fixation,the treatment effect and the incidence rate of adverse reaction in the two groups were com-pared. Results The excellent and good rate in the study group （95.83%） was higher than that in the control group （75.00%） （P〈0.05）;the total incidence rate of adverse reaction in the study rate （12.50%） was lower than that in the control group （31.25%） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Mini-plate internal fixation can improve the function rehabilitation of joint in patients with metacarpal and phalangeal fracture of hand,lower the incidence rate of adverse reaction.It can be used as an ideal method of treatment promoted and applied.
