舒适护理在血液透析患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨舒适护理在血液透析患者中的应用效果。方法选取本院2012年6月-2014年6月进行血液透析的90例患者作为研究对象，随机分成两组，各45例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用舒适护理模式。比较两组的护理舒适度、护理满意度以及并发症发生率。结果观察组的护理舒适度与满意度显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）观察组的并发症发生率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论舒适护理在血液透析患者中的效果显著，能够提高患者的护理舒适度和满意度，降低并发症发生率，值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of comfortable nursing in patients with hematodialysis. Methods 90 cases with hematodialysis from June 2012 to June 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given comfortable nursing model.The degree of nursing comfortability and satisfaction,the incidence of complication in two groups was compared respectively. Results The degree of nursing comfortability and satisfaction in the observation group was high-er than that in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The incidence of complication in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of comfortable nursing in patients with hematodialysis is significant,which can improve the degree of nursing comfortability and satis-faction,reduce the incidence of complication,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
