风湿病患者生活质量影响因素的多元Logistic回归分析及护理策略研究

摘　　要：目的探讨影响风湿病患者生活质量的因素及护理策略。方法选取2011年11月~2014年6月本院收治的60例风湿病患者作为研究对象,采用多元Logistic回归模型对影响风湿病患者生活质量的独立危险因素加以确定;然后将其随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组采用常规护理干预模式,观察组采用循证护理干预模式。比较两组护理干预后的SF-36生活质量各维度评分。结果经多元Logistic回归分析,影响风湿病患者生活质量的独立危险因素为病程、并发症、ESR及hs-CRP。观察组的SF-36量表各维度评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论影响风湿病患者生活质量的独立危险因素包括患者的病程、并发症、ESR及hs-CRP,循证护理干预模式可有效改善风湿病患者的生活质量。Objective To explore the nursing strategy and the influence factors of life quality in patients with rheumatic disease. Methods 60 cases with rheumatic disease from November 2011 to June 2014 in our hospital were selected as the research object,independent risk factors of life quality in patients with rheumatic disease was determined,used mul- tiple Logistic regression model,and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention model,the observation group was given evidence-based nursing interven- tion mode.SF-36 dimensions score of life quality in two groups after nursing intervention was compared. Results By multiple Logistic regression analysis,the independent risk factors of life quality in patients with rheumatic disease were duration,complications,ESR and hs-CRP.SF-36 scale score of the observation group after nursing intervention was sig- nificantly higher than that of the control group after intervention,with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The independent risk factors affecting of life quality in patients with rheumatism disease are course of disease,complication, ESR and hs-CRP.Evidence-based nursing intervention can effectively improve the life quality in patients with rheumatic disease.
