泛昔洛韦联合微米光治疗带状疱疹的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察泛昔洛韦联合微米光治疗带状疱疹的临床效果。方法选择2012年3月-2014年6月来本院门诊就诊的带状疱疹患者80例,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。治疗组口服泛昔洛韦250 mg,3次/d,连续服用7 d;同时每日皮肤患部照射微米光一次,连续照射14 d。对照组单纯口服泛昔洛韦250 mg,3次/d,连续服用7 d。记录观察第1、3、5、7、10、14天时,停止新发水疱、水疱干凅、皮损结痂、神经疼痛等症状发生的程度、时间、次数和不良反应。于第7、14天根据评分表评定总疗效。结果治疗组第1、2周的痊愈率分别为37.5%、50.0%,高于对照组的25.0%、30.0%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组第1、2周的总有效率分别为87.5%、95.0%,高于对照组的55.0%、62.5%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。全部患者未出现不良反应,疗程结束后肝肾功能无明显改变。结论泛昔洛韦联合微米光治疗带状疱疹,能明显缩短病程,有效加快水疱的干凅结痂、促进皮损愈合,降低带状疱疹后遗神经痛的发生率。Objective To observe the clinical effect of famciclovir combined with micron illuminant for treating herpes zoster. Methods 80 patients with herpes zoster treated in our hospital from March 2013 to June 2014 were selected,and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,50 cases in each group.In the treatment group,250 mg famciclovir for oral administration thrice per day for 7 consecutive days was used,and micron illuminant irradiated on the affected skin once per day for 14 consecutive clays;while in the control group,only oral administration of famciclovir thrice per day for 7 consecutive days was applied.Degrees,time,frequency,and adverse reaction of these symptoms in- cluding new blister stopping,blister drying up,skin lesion scabbing,and neuropathic pain in the 1st,3nd,5th,7th,10th, and 14th day was observed and recorded.The total effect was evaluated in the 7th and 10th day according to rating scale. Results The cure rate in the first and second week of the treatment group was 37.5% and 50.0% respectively,higher than 25.0% and 30.0% of the control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.The total effective rate in the first and second week of the treatment group was 87.5% and 95.0% respectively,higher than 55.0% and 62.5% of the control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.01）.All patients didn＇t occur adverse reaction,and functions of the liver and kidneys didn＇t show obvious change after courses of treatment. Conclusion Famciclovir combined with micron illuminant for treat- ing herpes zoster can greatly shorten the courses of herpes zoster,effectively speed up blister drying up and scabing,pro- mote skin lesion healing,and decrease the incidence of postherpetic neuralgia.
