某军队三甲医院聘用人员现状分析及正规化管理研究

摘　　要：随着军队体制的精简整编以及军队医院规模的日益增大,军队医院现有的人员编制已不能满足日常的工作需要,所以聘用地方专业技术人员来补充医院的技术力量已成为必然趋势。本文通过对某军队三甲医院现役军人及聘用人员的现状进行调查,然后对结果进行分析,针对存在的问题提出建议,这对提高军队聘用人员整体素质、防止军队人力资源流失、促进医院规范化稳步发展具有重要意义。With the reorganization of the army system and amplification of the size of military hospital,the existing staffing has been unable to meet the needs of daily work,so hiring local professional and technical personnel to supple- ment the hospital has become an inevitable trend.In this paper,the present situation of the active duty military and hir- ing staff of a military hospital was investigated,then the results were analyzed,and suggestion was put forward according to the existing problems,which has important significance to improve the overall quality of hiring staff, prevent the loss of human resources,and promote the hospital＇s steady development.
