综合护理在妇产科行腰硬联合麻醉术患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理在妇产科行腰硬联合麻醉术患者中的应用效果。方法选取本院妇产科2012年3月-2014年3月收治的80例行腰硬联合麻醉术的患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予综合护理干预,比较两组的疼痛程度与并发症发生率。结果观察组的I级疼痛发生率显著高于对照组,Ⅲ、Ⅳ级疼痛发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的并发症发生率为20.0%,显著低于对照组的62.5%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论综合护理在妇产科行腰硬联合麻醉术患者中的应用效果显著,能够降低术后并发症发生率,减轻切口疼痛感,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing on patients with combined spinal epidural anesthesia surgery in department of obstetrics and gynecology. Methods 80 cases with combined spinal epidu- ral anesthesia surgery in department of obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing,the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The degree of pain and the incidence of complication in two groups was compared. Results The incidence of grade I pain in the ob- servation group was higher than that in the control group,the incidence of gradeⅢ,Ⅳ pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The incidence of complication in the observation group was 20.0%,which was lower than 62.5% in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application effect of comprehensive nursing on patients with combined spinal epidural anesthesia surgery in department of obstetrics and gynecology is significant,which can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,alleviate inci- sion pain,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
