我国城市体育设施建设布局研究文献分析

摘　　要：主要采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等方法,对有关体育设施建设布局文献资料进行了分析。全面分析并掌握体育设施建设布局研究文献的现状,为后续的城市体育设施建设布局经济地理学研究提供研究基础。体育设施建设布局政策法规在实践过程中发挥着重要的作用。同时,暴露出体育设施建设布局政策法规滞后于体育设施建设布局的发展和执行不畅的问题,体育设施建设多元化投资主体的模式已经成为发展的趋势。在多方投资主体构成的组合体中,发挥政府的主导作用,在责任义务与权利利益分担与分配的制衡机制下,发挥各投资主体的积极性,使得体育设施建设布局顺应社会与经济的发展,城市体育设施建设布局已经与城市规划及城市发展紧密关联。城市体育设施专项规划编制的制定与实施是城市总体发展规划指导体育设施建设布局的具体表现形式。体育设施建设布局过程中区位的选择及确定与城市用地规划直接关联,有关理论及方法的显露及借鉴折射出城市规划及发展指导体育设施建设布局的实践价值,同时也是体育设施建设布局的内在诉求。经济地理学理论方法可能是体育设施建设布局研究的科学合理的路径之一。Mainly using the literature consultation,logical analysis and other methods,the analysis of construction of sports facilities layout literature was made.Comprehensive analysis was conducted on research literature of current status of the construction of sports facilities layout.It is to provide basis for the study of the city sports facilities layout research of economic geography.It is concluded that the construction of sports facilities layout policy plays an important role in the process of practice.The study also exposes that the development and implementation of the construction of sports facilities layout policies and regulations lag behind the that for the poor.Diversified investment model has become the trend of development with multiple investment main bodies as playing the leading role of the government in checking and balancing mechanism liability obligations and rights interests sharing and allocation,the initiative of the investment,development.City sports facilities construction layout has been in close association with city planning and development.The establishment and implementation of city sports facilities special planning has become concrete manifestation of the overall development of the city planning of construction of sports facilities.The location of the construction of sports facilities layout in the process of selection and city land planning is directly related.Meanwhile,relevant theories and methods of exposure and experience reflects the city＇s planning and guide the development of sports facilities layout practice value.At the same time,the internal demands the construction of sports facilities layout.Theories and methods of economic geography may be scientific and reasonable path layout of sports facilities construction.
