红光照射治疗中度寻常痤疮的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察红光照射治疗中度痤疮的疗效。方法:70例中度痤疮患者随机分为2组,治疗组、对照组均为35例。治疗组清洁面部后使用LED红光治疗仪照射,每次20 min,每周2次,共治疗4周,对照组局部外用维A酸乳膏、过氧苯甲酰凝胶连续治疗4周,4周后比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后炎性皮损数目治疗组较对照组显著减少,但两组患者在治疗后治疗效果无明显差异。结论:红光照射中度痤疮,尤其对于炎性皮损疗效明显,且不良反应少。Objective： To observe the efficacy of red light treatment on moderate acne. Methods： A total of 70 patients with moderate facial acne were randomly divided into 2 groups,the treatment group（ 35cases） and the control group（ 35cases）. Patients in the treatment group received red light [（ 630 ± 10） nm] irradiation after cleaning the face,20 minutes each time,2 times a week,for 4 weeks. Patients in the control group were treated with Tretinoin Cream,Benzoyl Peroxide Gelcontinuous everyday for 4 weeks,the efficacy was compared between the two groups after 4 weeks. Results： After treatment,the number of inflammatory lesions（ papules and pustules）in the treatment group was significantly reduced compared with that in the control group（ P 0. 05）,but there was no difference between the treatment group and the control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Red light irradiation in the treatment of moderate facial acne is significant,especially for the inflammatory lesions,and also has fewer adverse reaction.
