PDCA循环管理对经椎弓根伤椎内植骨并椎弓根内固定治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折患者护理质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨PDCA循环管理模式对经椎弓根伤椎内植骨并椎弓根内固定治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折患者的临床应用效果。方法:选取2010年1月至2014年1月于我院接受治疗的胸腰椎爆裂性骨折患者60例作为研究对象,采用计算机随机分组的方式将患者分为观察组和对照组,两组患者均接受经椎弓根伤椎内植骨并椎弓根内固定的手术治疗方式,对照组患者接受骨科手术患者常规护理,而观察组则给予PDCA循环管理,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果与疼痛缓解程度。结果:观察组患者临床治疗效果和疼痛缓解程度均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对接受经椎弓根伤椎内植骨并椎弓根内固定治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折患者进行PDCA循环管理模式可以明显提高患者的临床治疗效果,能够有效缓解患者疼痛,适宜临床推广。Objective： To investigate the perioperative nursing quality impact of the pedicle injury vertebral bone graft and pedicle internal fixation treatment for the thoracolumbar burst fracture patients by PDCA cycle management. Methods： 60 cases of thoracolumbar burst fracture patients treated in the orthopaedics department of our hospital from January 2010 and January 2014 were selected. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. They were given the pedicle injury vertebral bone graft and pedicle internal fixation treatment. The patients of the control group were given the conventional nursing methods,while the patients of the observation group were given PDCA cycle management. The clinical curative effect and the degree of pain relief were compared. Results： The clinical curative effect and the degree of pain relief in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The PDCA cycle management can significantly improve clinical curative effect of the thoracolumbar burst fracture patients by pedicle injury vertebral bone graft and pedicle internal fixation treatment and relieve patients＇ pain. It is worthy of further promotion in clinic.
