摘　　要：目的:分析精益管理技术和方法对于住院药房调剂防错减错的效果。方法:运用精益管理技术和方法对中心药房容易出错的环节进行流程优化及改进,疏通易出错环节,逐一改善,形成长效机制。结果:优化流程后发药准确度明显提高,医院用药安全得到大幅提升,病区医生、护士及患者满意度明显提高。精益管理运用于住院药房调剂差错防范取得了一定的成效。结论:精益管理在住院药房防错减错的实践中取得了良好的效果,值得在医院住院药房管理中推广应用。Objective： To analyze the effect of preventing and reducing hospital pharmacy prescription errors by using lean management technology and methods. Methods： Making process optimization and improvement of errorprone links in center pharmacy by using lean management technology and method and gradually enhancing those links to form a long-term mechanism. Results： After process optimization,the accuracy of prescription was increased obviously,the medication safety in hospital was enhanced greatly,and the physicians,nurses and patients in hospital were more satisfied. As a result,it was effective to apply lean management in preventing hospital pharmacy prescription errors. Conclusion： It is effective to apply lean management in practices of preventing and reducing errors of hospital pharmacy,so it is worthy of being promoted and applied in hospital pharmacy management of hospital.
