腰椎间盘突出症半椎板切除减压术后患肢疼痛及麻木残余症状的中医药治疗临床观察

摘　　要：目的:分析中医药方法对治疗腰椎间盘突出症半椎板切除减压术后残余症状的临床治疗效果。方法:选择我院2006年5月至2012年7月的106例腰椎间盘突出症半椎板切除术后出现患肢疼痛及麻木残余症状的患者,将这106例患者随机分成对照组和研究组,两组各53例;其中对照组患者采用常规治疗方法进行治疗,研究组的患者采用常规治疗与中医药治疗结合的方法进行治疗,经治疗3周后对两组患者的术后残余症状改善情况进行比较和分析。结果:与对照组相比,研究组患者的术后患肢疼痛及麻木残余症状明显改善,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:采用中医药方法对腰椎间盘突出症半椎板切除术后出现患肢疼痛及麻木残余症状的患者进行治疗,与单纯采用常规治疗方法相比能够有效地提高患者术后康复率,在临床中有进一步推广和应用的意义。Objective： To make a clinical analysis of curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of residual symptoms of lumbar disc herniation after hemilaminectomy. Methods： 106 cases in our hospital from May 2006 to July 2012 with limb pain and numbness complications of lumbar disc herniation after hemilaminectomy were selected,the 106 patients were randomly divided into control group and study group,53 cases in each group; the patients in control group were treated with conventional treatment,the patients in study group were treated with combination method of the conventional treatment and traditional Chinese medicine treatment. All patients were treated for 3 weeks and compared the improvement of residual symptoms in two groups of patients after operation. Results： Compared with the patients in control group,limb pain and numbness complications improved significantly in the patients of study group,the effects of treatment in the patients of two groups have significant differences,P〈0. 05. Conclusion： Using the method of traditional Chinese medicine for treatment of limb pain and numbness complications of lumbar disc herniation after hemilaminectomy can effectively improve the postoperative recovery rate,it is worth of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
