摘　　要：目的:探讨多排螺旋CT低剂量扫描用于肺结核患者复查的价值。方法:对我院106例确诊肺结核患者复查时行常规剂量(自动管电流调节技术)和根据患者体型分3组低剂量(30、20、15 m As)扫描,记录每次扫描的CT容积剂量指数(CTDIvol)、剂量长度值(DLP)、有效剂量(ED),就两种扫描方式得到的图像进行病灶的客观征象比较分析。结果:两种扫描方式结核基本征象的显示无明显差异,低剂量扫描受检者所受的ED明显下降。结论:胸部低剂量CT扫描受检者辐射剂量大幅下降的同时图像质量也有所下降,但也能达到诊断要求,在肺结核患者复查时可根据患者的体型选择合适的管电流。Objective： To explore more row helical CT low-dose scan in reviewing patients with pulmonary tuberculosis（ TB）. Methods： In our hospital,106 pulmonary tuberculosis patients received conventional dose（ automatic tube current modulation）,and in their review received lower doses of 30,20,15 m As respectively according to their body mass,while other parameters kept the same as in the conventional dose scan. CT dose index CTDIvol,dose length value DLP,effective dose ED were recorded,and the objective sign of images obtained was compared. Results： Two types of scan showed the same TB basic signs,but the effective dose of ED markedly reduced. Conclusion： The image quality of CT scan falls sharply along with the lowered dose,yet still meets the diagnosing requirements. In TB review,the appropriate tube current may be chosen according to patient＇s body mass.
