三拗片与盐酸氨溴索片联合抗生素治疗急慢性支气管炎的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:观察比较三拗片联合抗生素与盐酸氨溴索片联合抗生素治疗急慢性支气管炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将185例急性支气管炎和慢性支气管炎急性发作患者随机分为两组,A组予三拗片联合抗生素治疗,B组予盐酸氨溴索片联合抗生素治疗,比较两组患者呼吸道症状评分、症状持续时间、总体疗效、使用沙丁胺醇气雾剂的比例以及不良反应。结果:治疗后两组症状评分均明显下降(均P<0.05),治疗后A组咳嗽、咳痰、气喘及肺部哮鸣音症状评分明显低于B组(均P<0.05),咳嗽、气喘和肺部哮鸣音的症状持续时间均明显短于B组(均P<0.05),咳痰症状的持续时间虽短于B组但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组总体治疗有效率(93.5%)高于B组的82.8%(P=0.025);A组患者使用β2受体激动剂的比例低于B组,且未发现明显不良反应。结论:三拗片可改善急性支气管炎及慢性支气管炎急性发作患者的呼吸道症状,安全有效,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To observe the clinical effect and safety of San＇ao tablets combined with antibiotics in treating acute or chronic bronchitis. Methods： 185 patients with acute or chronic bronchitis were divided into two groups randomly. Group A was given San＇ao tablets combined with antibiotic,group B was given ambroxol hydrochloride combined with antibiotic. Respiratory symptoms score,duration of symptoms,the overall effect,the proportion of using salbutamol aerosol and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results： After treatment,the symptom scores of two groups were significantly decreased（ all P〈0. 05）. The symptom scores of cough,sputum,asthma and lung wheezing sound in group A were lower than that in group B（ all P〈0. 05）. The duration of the symptoms such as cough,asthma and lung wheezing sound in group A were lower than that in group B（ all P〈0. 05）. Although the duration of symptoms of coughing is lower than that in group B,there was no significant difference between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）. The treatment effective rate of group A was 93. 5%,which was higher（ χ2= 5. 037,P = 0. 025） than that in group B（ 82. 8%）. The ratio of patients using β2agonists in group A was lower than that in group B,and no significant adverse reactions were found. Conclusion： San＇ao tablets have an obvious clinical effect on acute or chronic bronchitis with respiratory symptoms. As a safe and effective medicine,it is worth clinical application.
